We offer tutoring for math, reading, and writing for all grade levels from elementary through high school and beyond.

How is progress measured and communicated?

Progress is tracked through regular assessments and feedback. We provide updates after each session and detailed reports periodically to keep you informed of the student’s development.

What is your policy on rescheduling or canceling sessions?

Rescheduling or Canceling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. For rescheduling, we’ll work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule.

How long and how often will tutoring sessions be?

Frequency and Duration: The number of tutoring sessions per week is determined by the results of the initial assessment. Each session lasts 1 hour, starting and ending on time. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time. For math, the number of sessions may vary based on specific needs.

How does virtual learning work?

Virtual Learning: Virtual learning involves attending tutoring sessions online via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Prior to each session, your tutor will send you any necessary materials, such as digital resources, worksheets, or links to online tools. It’s important to have these materials ready and accessible during the session, including items like whiteboards, books, pencils, and paper. The tutor will guide you through the lesson, utilizing interactive tools and providing feedback to support your learning.
 

How much does tutoring cost?

• Tutoring Rates: 

  • 60 Minutes: $80.00

  • Group Sessions  (3-4 students): $40.00 per participant

• Consulting Fees: Vary depending on specific needs.

• Teacher Coaching:

  • 30 Minutes: $40.00

  • 60 Minutes: $80.00
