Her background spans early childhood through elementary education, along with experience as an instructional coach guiding educators in delivering impactful, student-centered instruction.
Dr. Johnson holds a PhD in Education, along with a master’s degree in reading and literacy, and is deeply committed to helping students strengthen their skills while developing a more positive and confident approach to learning. Her work is rooted in intention, strategy, and a genuine passion for seeing students succeed.
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Johnson values connection and balance—enjoying time with family and friends, staying active, and embracing the simple joys that make life meaningful. She brings that same energy and authenticity into her work with students and families.
